What is the minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order; you can order from just one badge. Contact us for a personalized quote.
I want to place an order but I have several different designs?
We offer you the possibility to print several different designs per order at no extra charge.
Do you offer a proof (BàT - Bon à Tirer) before manufacturing?
For each order, L'atelier du badge sends you a proof. This is a badge with your design and in the diameter of your choice. Once you receive your proof badge, simply approve it so we can schedule your order.
Do you print your brand or logo on the badges you sell?
We do not include any identifying marks of our company on the badges we produce, either on the front image or on the metal back. We can offer to display our website address on the edge for a discount. Contact us if you are interested.
Are you sure you are sending me the total number of products ordered?
Our job is to meet your needs through the quality of our products and by respecting deadlines and quantities. We carry out a double check, once during manufacturing and then again during packaging.
What is the packaging for the badges in my order?
The badges are packaged in clear, resealable plastic bags (by size and design). Special packaging options are available; please inquire before production begins.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can track the parcel at any time by clicking here: www.poste.ch/suividesenvois .
What types of files do you accept?
The Badge Workshop supports a large number of formats: GIF, PNG, JPEG, PDF.
We particularly recommend the following formats:
For photos: high-resolution JPEG format (preferably uncompressed).
For graphics or text: print-ready vector PDFs.
For a mix of graphics and photos: print-ready PDFs.

What is your environmental policy?
Concerned about our environment, we are committed to an ecological approach:
- The paper used comes exclusively from 100% recycled or FSC certified paper.
- Printer toner cartridges are recycled.
What are our badges made of?
Our badges are made of an aluminum structure. On the back you can choose different finishing options: pin, clip, mirror, magnet, magnetic bottle opener, magnetic fastener.

Once printed, your visuals are hot laminated to guarantee optimal preservation over time and an excellent finish.
