What is the minimum order?
We have no minimum, you can order from 1 badge. Contact us for a personalized offer.
I want to place an order but I have several different visuals?
We offer you the possibility of printing several different visuals per order at no extra charge.
Do you offer a BàT (Ready to Print) before production?
For each order L'atelier du badge sends you a Proof to Print. This is a badge with your visual and the diameter of your choice. Upon receipt of your BAT badge, all you have to do is validate it for us to program your order.
Do you print your brand or your logo on the badges sold?
We do not put any distinctive sign of our company on the badges that we manufacture, whether on the visual on the front, or on the metal back. We can offer you to display the address of our website on the edge, in exchange for a discount. Contact us if you agree.
Are you sure you are sending me the total number of products ordered?
Our job is to respond to your request by the quality of our products and the respect of deadlines and quantities. We carry out a double check, one during manufacture and then during packaging.
What is the packaging of the badges in my order?
The badges are packaged in a transparent plastic bag with zip closure (by size and visual reference). Special packaging is possible as an option, notify you before the start of production.
Can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. You can trace the parcel at any time by clicking here: www.poste.ch/suividesenvois .
What types of files do you accept?
L'Atelier du Badge supports a large number of formats: GIF, PNG, JPEG, PDF.
We particularly recommend the following formats:
For photos: high-resolution JPEG format (if possible uncompressed)
For graphics or texts: vector PDFs, ready to print
For a mix of graphics and photos: PDFs ready to print

What is your environmental policy?
Concerned about our environment, we are committed to an ecological approach:
- The paper used comes only from 100% recycled or FSC-certified paper.
- Printer toner cartridges are recycled.
What are our badges made of?
Our badges are made of an aluminum structure. On the back you can choose different finishing options: pin, clip, mirror, magnet, magnetic bottle opener, magnetic fastener.
