For both professionals and individuals, the badge workshop offers several payment methods. Our sales and delivery terms are valid and recognized for all orders placed in writing, by telephone, and online.
Payment by invoice
If you choose this payment method, you will receive a detailed invoice by email with our bank details. Payment is due within 14 calendar days from the invoice date.
Deposit: On a case-by-case basis, we reserve the right to deliver the goods only after payment of a deposit.
Twint
Paying your bill is simple and easy thanks to the TWINT app, available for free on iOS and Android.
No matter your bank, TWINT is available to everyone. It's best to choose the TWINT app from a bank where you have an account. This will allow you to connect the app to your bank account.
Please provide us with the mobile phone number linked to your Twint account to receive a payment request.
SumUp
L'Atelier du badge is affiliated with the company SumUp, which allows us to conclude payments by bank card (Maestro, VPay, MasterCard, Visa or American Express).
Provide us with your mobile phone number, and you will then receive a message from SumUp
- Click on the link, you will be directed to a secure website where you can enter your bank card information: name on the card, card number, expiry date and verification code.
- The payment will be confirmed when you tap on "Pay CHF xx"
PayPal
The Badge Workshop has chosen PayPal to allow you to make your payment. You have the option of paying with your bank card or through your PayPal account.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours, using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol with a 128-bit encryption key length (the highest level available in online commerce).
